Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bz888 ("bz888", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bz888 website, mobile site, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the bz888 Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or games.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the bz888 Platform and, if you have already registered, contact support to close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Important: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. bz888 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on the Platform.

Player Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain a bz888 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

  • You are at least 21 years of age. bz888 operates a strict minimum age policy. We may request documentary proof of age at any time, and accounts where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction will be suspended pending verification.
  • You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party or organisation.
  • You are not located in, nor are you a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the bz888 Platform is prohibited by applicable law or regulation.
  • You are not a current employee, officer, contractor, director, or agent of bz888, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
  • You have not previously had a bz888 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms, nor have you been permanently self-excluded from the Platform.

bz888 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held in the account.

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full functionality of the bz888 Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted during the registration process. Each individual may hold only one active bz888 account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

  • You must provide your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. This mobile number will serve as your primary account identifier and is used for login and security verification.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility.
  • bz888 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or when account activity triggers a compliance review. Acceptable identification documents include national identity cards and valid passports.
  • You must keep your registered contact details, including your mobile number, current and accurate at all times. bz888 is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
  • Account registration is free. bz888 does not charge any registration fee or account maintenance fee.

bz888 processes personal data collected during registration and account use in accordance with the bz888 Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to such processing. The Privacy Policy is available on this website.

Verification Timing: bz888 recommends completing KYC verification early in your account lifecycle to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw funds. Accounts that have not completed verification may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of the KYC process.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

bz888 supports a range of payment methods designed to serve players in Bangladesh. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by bz888, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
  • Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bz888 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
  • All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bz888 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to fund the bz888 account, subject to KYC verification being complete. bz888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
  • bz888 charges no platform fees on withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Card withdrawal fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.
  • bz888 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

All players are responsible for complying with any applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction arising from winnings received through the Platform. bz888 does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for any tax liability that may arise.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Players should ensure their available balance (excluding any locked bonus funds) meets the minimum before submitting a request.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bz888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

  • Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bz888 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
  • Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable rollover amount will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
  • bz888 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
  • Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
  • Free spins granted as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum win cap unless otherwise stated. Any winnings above the stated cap will be removed from the player's balance.
  • Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering process, or used in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.

Players who are registered on the bz888 self-exclusion programme are not eligible to receive or use any bonus or promotion during the period of their self-exclusion. If a bonus is mistakenly credited to a self-excluded account, bz888 reserves the right to reclaim it.

Bonus Abuse: bz888 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and balances forfeited without prior notice.

Game Rules and Fair Play

bz888 offers casino games, live casino tables, sports betting, and other gaming products supplied by certified third-party providers. The following rules apply to all game and betting activity on the Platform:

  • All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by live dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined solely by the game engine and are not influenced by bz888 or any third party.
  • Sports betting odds are set and may be changed by bz888 at any time before an event commences. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at time of acceptance apply and will not be retrospectively altered.
  • In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game or betting session, the Platform will attempt to restore the session to the state immediately prior to the disruption. Where restoration is not possible, bets placed will be settled in accordance with the rules of the applicable game or sport.
  • bz888 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
  • Players must not use any automated betting software, bot, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users. Detection of automated activity is grounds for immediate account suspension.

Where a player believes a game result or bet settlement is incorrect, they must submit a dispute to bz888 customer support within 30 days of the event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. bz888's decision, having reviewed the relevant game logs and data, is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bz888 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Opening or operating more than one bz888 account, whether under your own name, a false identity, or the identity of another person.
  • Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or the financing of any illegal activity.
  • Using chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers to recover funds that have been legitimately wagered or used on the Platform.
  • Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, share card or game information during live play, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or exploit any software, algorithm, or security feature of the Platform.
  • Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law, using a VPN or proxy service to mask your true location.
Consequences: Where bz888 determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to void all bets placed by that player, close the account, withhold and forfeit any and all balances in the account (including deposited funds where they form part of a fraudulent transaction), and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

Account Suspension and Termination

bz888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time. Circumstances in which bz888 may take such action include, but are not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms or any applicable game-specific terms or promotion terms.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request from bz888.
  • Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bz888 will attempt to notify the registered mobile number before applying a dormancy classification.
  • A player's voluntary request to close their account, including requests submitted as part of a self-exclusion programme.

Where an account is closed by bz888 for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account (including deposited funds implicated in the breach) may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach is involved, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Privacy and Data Protection

bz888 collects, processes, and stores personal data about players in order to operate the Platform, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal requirements. The full details of how bz888 handles personal data — including the types of data collected, the purposes of processing, data retention periods, and player rights — are set out in the bz888 Privacy Policy, which is available on this website and forms part of these Terms by reference.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting bz888 customer support. bz888 will process such requests in accordance with applicable data protection principles and within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsible Gaming

bz888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its players. The Platform provides a range of tools to assist players in managing their gambling activity. Players may access these tools by contacting bz888 customer support:

  • Deposit limits: Players may request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on their account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
  • Time-out: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a time-out, the account cannot be used to place bets or make deposits.
  • Self-exclusion: Players who feel they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Once a permanent self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed and the account will be permanently closed.
  • Reality checks: Players may enable session duration reminders that prompt them to review the time and amount spent playing at configurable intervals.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bz888, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical failure, or any other intangible loss, arising out of or in connection with the player's use of or inability to use the Platform, even if bz888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bz888's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Amendments to These Terms

bz888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to players via a notice on the Platform or by message to the registered mobile number, where practicable, prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting bz888 customer support.

Governing Terms and Contact Information

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bz888 Platform shall first be referred to bz888 customer support for resolution. bz888 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any such dispute within 30 days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted by the affected player.
